QuadroPack Retrofit Upgrade

The QP Retrofit upgrade implementation for a pre-used flow packer is an attractive alternative for the investment in a new flow packer. Within the scope of retrofit, the entire control and driving technology is renewed. The retrofit will include the latest technological developments such as servo technology, touch screen interface, integrated t°-controllers, etc.

Via replacement of the control system and applying touch screens and servo technology the machine will effectively equal new equipment. The retrofit results in a electro-mechanical machine with amongst other things: lower changeover times (-100%),  shorter down time (-100%), increase in maximum packaging length (+100%) and higher output (+50%).

The QP Retrofit upgrade is servo driven and equipped with an Omron PLC and colour touch screen. The system enables the operator, via an user-friendly interface, to enter machine parameters as well as access the machine.
